Best for: Staying put, just needs the site in code and leads flowing. Includes: Existing site rebuilt in code (Next.js or Astro), same design; Basic on-page SEO pass; Intake forms, questionnaires, and brochures rebuilt as branded site pages; Lead flow connected into your CRM; Hosting set up and handed to you. Trade-off: A clone keeps your current look, so it will not fix design or conversion problems that are already there. If your site needs to be better, not just faster, that is the Rebuild. Best for: Wants a genuinely better, optimized site plus a custom admin page. Best for: Has the foundation in place and wants the stack wired up and usable, before the full operating system. Trade-off: This takes interviews and back and forth. We need to understand how you actually work and what you run, which means a few real conversations, not a form. We shoot the video and photos that make every channel work. #### Remote Session (from $850) Real video without a shoot, recorded remotely and edited by us. Best for: Wants video without a shoot, recorded remotely and edited. Includes: Live remote coaching and recording session; Optional camera kit shipped to you; Post production, color, and audio; Finished video placed on your site. Trade-off: Remote video will not match an in-person cinematic shoot. It is real, usable content at a price that makes sense, and for most businesses that is the right call to start. Northeast region, within a three hour drive of the Hudson Valley. Best for: Businesses in driving range who want real production. Includes: On-location shoot, half or full day; Cinema camera and lighting; Finished, edited videos for site and funnel. Trade-off: This is for businesses in driving range. Outside three hours, that is a Destination Shoot. Add-ons: Additional local day (from $2,500 /day); Extra edited video (from $500). #### Destination Shoot (from $10,000 for two days, plus travel) Multi-day production at your business, anywhere. Usually venues and higher-budget operators. Best for: Venues and higher-budget operators who want a content library for the year. Includes: Two days of on-location production; Travel and logistics (billed separately); Full content library, edited and delivered; Content placed into your site and systems. Trade-off: This is a five-figure investment built for businesses with a real marketing budget, venues especially. Solo operators usually do not need this.
