It depends on what's stuck. Some clients start with a single Clone to get into clean code, or Foundations to get a brand voice and design system. Others go straight to a Rebuild or the full AI Operating System. There's no required path: every tier and price is listed on the pricing page, and we scope it to what you actually need.

No. We're a small team. Joshua does strategy and content production, Anne Marie handles web development, and Megan handles operations. If you need full-service agency work with a team of 15 and a monthly retainer of $20K, that's not us. If you want a team that knows business operations, can build real systems that work, and charges a fraction of agency rates, that's exactly us.

I already use ChatGPT. Why do I need you?

Using ChatGPT without a brand voice document, FAQ bank, and business facts reference is like giving a new employee a laptop and no training. The AI has no context about your business, your voice, your pricing, your policies, or your competition. It produces generic output. What we build is the context layer that makes AI actually useful for your specific business.

We build the system and create the content. Your social media person operates it. We limit to 6-8 active retainer clients at any given time. The constraint keeps quality high. If we're full, we'll tell you and put you on a waitlist with a realistic timeline.

Do you work outside the Hudson Valley?

Yes. We work with clients nationwide. The only thing tied to the Hudson Valley is in-person video: local shoots run within about a three-hour drive, and destination shoots go anywhere. Web, AI, and remote video happen wherever you are.

Will I be locked into a retainer?

Accepted Answer

No. Most of what we build is project-based: you pay the floor, you own the result, and you're done. Retainers exist for clients who want us to keep the channel current after the build, but they're optional and there's no long lock-in. If the value isn't there, you stop.

How do I know this is working?

You'll see the data. Every engagement starts with baseline measurements. We install tracking tools (all free) that measure everything ongoing. Monthly reports show exactly what changed. If organic traffic went from 200 to 800 monthly visitors, you'll see it. If inquiry volume increased 30%, you'll see it. If your Google keyword rankings improved, you'll see exactly which keywords moved and by how much.

Automation results are near-instant. Content and social results show within 1-3 months. SEO results take 3-6 months. Paid advertising starts within 2-4 weeks. We set specific timeline expectations for each recommendation.

Then we change the strategy. Not everything works the first time. That's why monthly reports exist. No retainer locks you in forever. If after an honest effort the ROI isn't there, we'll tell you. We'd rather end an engagement with mutual respect than drag one out for the invoice.

No. Everything we build runs on your accounts and belongs to you. Claude Projects, automation workflows, reference documents, analytics tools. If you stop working with us, everything keeps running. Our goal is to make your team self-sufficient. Ongoing advisory relationships exist because we keep adding value, not because you can't operate without us.

What AI tools do you use?

We build primarily on Claude by Anthropic. After testing every major platform, Claude produces the most natural, human-sounding output for business communications. We also use Cloudinary for image management, Mux for video hosting, n8n for automation workflows, and standard analytics tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. All tools run on your accounts, not ours.

Can my team learn to use these tools themselves?

That's the entire point. Every engagement includes hands-on training. Your team learns how to use Claude Projects for content creation, how to prompt effectively so output sounds human instead of robotic, and how to maintain the systems we build. Most teams are self-sufficient on daily AI tasks within 2-3 weeks of training.
