What does a typical engagement look like?

Most clients start with a Discovery Workshop ($3,500) where I spend half a day understanding your business and identifying opportunities. From there, we usually move into an Accelerator ($10,000) where I build and deploy 2-3 automated systems. Some clients then continue with an ongoing advisory retainer ($2,500/month) for continued optimization and new tool deployment. But there's no required path. Some clients just want the workshop. Some just want video content. We scope it based on what you actually need.

Are you a marketing agency?

No. I'm one person with a small team of specialists. I do strategy and content production. Louis handles automation implementation. Annmarie handles web development. If you need full-service agency work with a team of 15 and a monthly retainer of $20K, that's not me. If you want someone who knows business operations, can build real systems that work, and charges a fraction of agency rates, that's exactly me.

We already use ChatGPT. Why do we need you?

Using ChatGPT without a brand voice document, FAQ bank, and business facts reference is like giving a new employee a laptop and no training. The AI has no context about your business, your voice, your pricing, your policies, or your competition. It produces generic output. What I build is the context layer that makes AI actually useful for your specific business.

I build the system and create the content. Your social media person operates it. I produce the video clips, write the content calendar, build the brand voice document for AI captions, and set up the scheduling pipeline. They handle daily posting and engagement. No. Everything I build runs on your accounts and belongs to you. Claude Projects, automation workflows, reference documents, analytics tools. If you stop working with me, everything keeps running. My goal is to make your team self-sufficient. Ongoing advisory relationships exist because I keep adding value, not because you can't operate without me.

All tools run on your accounts, not mine.
