Discovery Call (Week 0)
A free 30-minute conversation about your business. We ask about your operations, your challenges, and where the work is getting stuck: your leads, your site, your content, your systems. If it makes sense to work together, we move forward. If not, you walk away with some free advice.
Discovery and Onboarding (Week 1-2)
You fill out a detailed questionnaire about your business, tech stack, sales process, and marketing. We do a review of your customer-facing processes. We run an SEO analysis of your website and competitors. By the end of this phase, we know your business well enough to identify the biggest opportunities and the quickest wins.
Baseline and Setup (Week 2-3)
We install analytics and tracking tools on your website (all free tools). We capture baseline measurements of everything: traffic, rankings, inquiry volume, response time, conversion rate, review count, social metrics. These baselines are what we measure progress against. Without them, "improvement" is just opinion.
Build and Deploy (Weeks 3-8)
Your site gets cloned or rebuilt. AI reference documents and systems get built and tested. Content gets shot and published, blog posts and video. SEO and AEO improvements ship. Your team gets trained on the new tools. The timeline varies by scope, but most builds complete in 6-8 weeks.
Measure and Optimize (Ongoing)
Monthly reports show exactly what changed. We compare every metric to your baselines. If something's working, we do more of it. If something isn't, we adjust. For retainer clients, this becomes the ongoing rhythm: produce, measure, optimize, repeat.
