Clone what already works. Rebuild what does not.

Every website project starts with the same choice. If your current site's content and structure are worth keeping, we clone it faithfully into clean code, same look, same words, nothing lost. If they are not, we build new. Both are real, sized options, not a nudge toward the bigger one. This work lives inside Implementation (from $5,500), the full systems build.

Why code, not a page builder

Squarespace, Wix, and Webflow are page builders: fast to start, but the real markup stays locked behind their own editor. Nobody outside that editor, including an AI agent, can safely open it and make a change. Code is different. It is a real file Claude can read start to finish and edit directly, the same way a person would.

Three overlapping goals ride on that difference. SEO is getting found by Google: fast pages and real, semantic structure a crawler can parse. AEO is getting found and quoted by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity: plain, direct language they can read and cite accurately. AXOis the newest layer: letting an AI agent acting on someone's behalf actually check a date, price out a package, or submit a form on your site, not just read about it.

A page builder cannot offer any of the three at the same level. It hides the markup a crawler wants, buries the plain sentences an AI assistant wants to quote, and gives an agent no real file to open and no safe way to operate the site. Clean code removes the ceiling on all three at once.

Search engines

Clean markup and fast pages are what a crawler can actually parse. A page builder wraps your content in layers of its own framework; real code gives a crawler the plain structure it is built to read.

AI assistants

When someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity who does what you do, it is reading and quoting your site. Plain, direct sentences in real HTML get read and cited accurately. Content buried inside a drag-and-drop editor's markup does not.

AI agents

Claude can open a code file, read it completely, and edit it directly, the same file a person would edit. A page builder has no file to open: the real markup lives behind a proprietary editor built for clicking, not for an agent to operate safely.

Once the code is real, more becomes possible

A site Claude can read and write is not just faster to update. It changes what the site can do on its own.

Facts update once, everywhere

Change a price, a policy, or a season once in one place, and every page that quotes it updates with it. No hunting through a dozen static pages to catch every mention.

Forms that go straight to your tools

A submission is not just an email to a person. It can land in the tool your business actually runs on, in the shape that tool expects, the moment someone hits submit.

Content in your real voice, on demand

With your brand voice loaded, Claude can draft a new package description, a seasonal update, or an FAQ answer, right in the page it already lives on, not a separate document you paste back in yourself.

The same capability, real code Claude can read and write, is also what makes the next section possible: whole pages that most businesses assume have to live inside someone else's app, built instead as pages you actually own.

Pages we build for you, beyond the homepage

This is not a hypothetical feature list. It is the same category of page we already build and run for clients today: real, working pages native to their own site instead of living inside a separate tool.

Questionnaires

A real, multi-step form on your own site: sections that save as you go, a review step before anything submits, and answers that land wherever your team actually needs them.

A digital brochure

A long-scroll page built from your real photography and your real copy: the space, the story, and what working with you actually looks like, native to your site instead of a PDF nobody reopens.

Proposal pages

A page built for one specific prospect, their dates, their package, their price, sent as a link instead of an attachment, so it opens instantly on any phone.

Contact and inquiry forms

Built into the page itself instead of embedded from a third-party form tool, so the fields, the validation, and where a submission goes all match how you actually want a new inquiry handled.

A pricing or quote tool

A real number computed from real selections (season, day of week, guest count, add-ons) instead of a vague starting-at line that undersells what you actually offer.

An availability checker

A calendar someone can look at before they ever reach out, built from your real booking rules, so the first message you get is from someone who already knows the date is open.

One dashboard for the marketing side

Once the site is real code, we connect it to an admin dashboard that pulls together everything that feeds new business in: social, analytics, ad accounts, and the financial tools tied to marketing spend, all in one place instead of a dozen separate logins.

Everything about the people already working with you, booking, contracts, day-to-day conversations, stays exactly where it already lives. This dashboard is only about what happens before that: getting the word out and measuring whether it worked.

dashboard.upriverhv.com
The operator-side admin dashboard, showing a client's portal link, live deliverable counts, and document feedback status
The operator side of a real client build: live deliverable counts, upload requests, and document feedback. A real example from a client build, not a preview of your own business.

Social

Posting and scheduling across your accounts from one place, in your brand voice, instead of switching apps for every platform.

Analytics

Site traffic, search performance, and what is actually working, read in plain language instead of a dashboard full of jargon nobody checks.

Ad accounts

Meta and Google Ads: spend, performance, and what to adjust, without logging into two separate ad managers to piece the picture together.

Financial tools

The money side of marketing, connected in the same place, so the numbers behind a campaign are as visible as the campaign itself.
